Position title: Research Coordinator
Lauren graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. in biomedical engineering and neurobiology. Her previous research has focused on the link between adult neurogenesis and exercise and using EEG to determine the neural correlates of postural control. She is interested in using neuroimaging methods to study how patterns of early brain development and childhood adversity relate to the development psychiatric disorders later in life. Lauren aspires to go to graduate school for clinical psychology and become a scientist-practitioner. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, hiking, reading and rock climbing.
